RCMS 7th & 8th Grade Football Speed and Conditioning Camp
The RCMS Football program invites all 7th and 8th graders interested in playing football for the 2022 season to join us for a speed and conditioning camp to be held at the RCMS football field.
Camp is Monday, July 25th - Thursday, July 28th
4pm to 6pm.
Things to bring:
Comfortable clothes that you can exercise in
Athletic shoes and cleats if you have them
Mouthguard is optional but strongly encouraged
Your own water bottle ( we will provide the water)
