Laura Crossman came to RCMS as a Library Assistant in 2021. As much as she loved managing the library, Laura felt she had more to give in the classroom. In 2022, she became a long-term substitute for the special education department at RCMS, working with students in all subjects and finishing the year co-teaching in the CBI room. During this time, Laura has been working hard to earn her degree in special education and is currently the monitor for the in-school suspension room at RCMS. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the great outdoors.--
